Archline Dental Search helps independently owned dental practices hire permanent dental hygienists. We find people open to a move, talk with them properly, and introduce you only to those who fit what you’ve asked for.

We’re deliberately small. We don’t send a stack of résumés and hope one sticks. We take on a limited number of searches, learn how each practice actually works — the patients, the schedule, the team — and recruit with that in mind.

We’re also new, and we’d rather say so plainly. There’s no track record to point to yet. What we can offer is attention, honest communication, and a process you can follow from first call to first day.

What we take off your plate.

Hiring a hygienist takes time most practices don’t have. We handle the work that fills your week, and leave the decision where it belongs — with you.

    We look for dental hygienists interested in a permanent role like yours — including people who aren’t scrolling job boards but are open to the right move. Anyone we mention to you has agreed to be put forward.

  2. Initial Screening

    Before any introduction, we talk with each candidate about their qualifications, experience and availability, and about what they want next: hours, pay, commute, the kind of practice they work best in. You get a clear summary, not just a résumé.

  3. Hiring Coordination

    We arrange interviews, keep both sides informed, and handle the back-and-forth that tends to stall a hire. When you’re ready to make an offer, we help keep the final steps moving.

    You review each candidate’s summary and interview the ones you like. We take care of the scheduling.

  4. Select your next team member.

    The decision and the offer are yours. We stay in touch with both sides until the start date is settled.

Success-based, and agreed up front.

We work on a straightforward, success-based model: a flat placement fee, payable when you hire a candidate we’ve introduced. Starting a conversation costs nothing, and all commercial terms are agreed in writing before a search begins.
